Maybe it's because I don't get out much these days, but the car wash is always a little thrill.

Early March beach walk, just before this premature summer started. I had no idea I lived so close to this park, and I intend to make a habit out of visiting it if I can.

We celebrated the last weekend of winter in Chicago at the Botanical Garden. It was over 80 degrees. We certainly weren't the only people to think it would be a good day for a walk in the park, but we discovered that it's a bit early to check out the blooms in Chicago. Now we know. This is almost the extent of what we did find and it was lovely day for a walk all the same.
